Sagitta™
A production cross with no breed standard. Chicks hatched from these birds will vary from their parents.
A modern dual-purpose hybrid developed by Sanderson-associated breeding as a slower-growing alternative to the Cornish Cross that still lays well. Red-patterned birds that reach a useful carcass weight on pasture without broiler health problems.
Suits pastured systems wanting one flock for both eggs and meat. Standard dual-purpose care; no special climate concerns.
