Hedemora
Swedish landrace from the town of Hedemora, shaped by sub-arctic winters over centuries. Some birds carry woolly, silkie-like feathering, and some have black skin. Hens keep laying in cold that shuts other breeds down.
As cold-tolerant as any chicken you can buy. Northern winters are nothing to it. The woolly-feathered birds shed rain poorly. Give them dry shelter.
