Chicken Breeders & Hatcheries in Connecticut

12 places in Connecticut that hatch, raise, or sell poultry: breeders, hatcheries, feed stores with spring chicks, egg sellers, processors and poultry vets. 8 of them take part in the USDA National Poultry Improvement Plan, so their flocks test clean for Pullorum-Typhoid and they can ship birds across state lines. Listed alphabetically by town within each category.

NPIP participants come from the USDA National Poultry Improvement Plan state directories, published at poultryimprovement.org. Certification status changes over time; confirm with the seller before you buy. Own one of these farms? Claim your page and your contact details show up here.
